A logo is one asset. A brand guideline explains how to use it alongside colors, typography and language. Give a freelancer a clearer brief, onboard a teammate, or keep your own social content consistent.

A brand guideline is a document that explains how to present a brand consistently. It usually covers the logo, color palette, typography, tone of voice and examples of correct use. Teams use it to create recognizable websites, social posts, presentations and printed materials.
The terms are often used interchangeably. A brand style guide usually focuses on visual and writing rules, while brand guidelines may also include mission, vision and personality. LogoAI brings these elements into one downloadable document.
Upload or paste your logo and optionally add a sentence about your business. Generate your guideline and browse the 10-page preview. Click Download to save your brand and open the guideline page, where you can make optional edits and export the PDF.

Yes. Open Edit beside Download PDF to customize the guide. Guideline edits save automatically and do not change the shared brand profile. You can download without editing. The profile itself has a separate Update action.
Sign-in is required. Generating the underlying brand profile costs 2 credits under LogoAI’s standard access rules; eligible free usage follows the same daily allowance as other standard tools. Previewing and exporting a guideline from a saved profile does not add a separate generation charge.
When the saved profile changes, the guideline offers Update from Profile. Applying it replaces customized guideline text and settings with the latest profile. Updates are explicit so existing edits are not silently overwritten.
Download the PDF and send it to your designer, agency or teammates. Authorized brand owners and members can access the saved guide. The workspace is not a public, unrestricted sharing link.
The guide is a practical starting point. Color values are supplied in HEX and RGB for digital use, and spacing and size guidance should be checked against your original artwork. Ask your print provider to confirm print colors, minimum sizes and production requirements.
